Travel photographer Greg Kendall-Ball  is partnering with Physicians for Human Rights, a co-recipient of the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize, to document the effect of PEPFAR funds on lives in Rwanda. In 2008, the United States designated nearly $50 Billion to combat HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, and other infectious diseases in Africa. Greg plans to spend several weeks in May, working with clinics, public health centers, and several individuals, helping to tell the story of the impact this program is having in this country.
